| PRODUCTION (part 1) Press-rolling technology is used on our equipment. The essence of this technology is the following: tile is formed on figured vessels providing the form for the lower surface of the article, the upper part being profiled and densed by a figured shaft under which a vessel with measured portion of mixture is "dragged". Tile is dried on the vessels. Our company worked out the method of press rolling with the usage of
steel (cheap) stamped vessels. It is reached with the help of a mobile table,
which is set on a line and on which a steel vessel is laid. The upper part
of a table repeats the form of a vessel. After coming under the shaft, a
vessel with tile is taken from the mobile table. Of course, this method does
not afford to reach a great productivity but our equipment is addressed to The technology of vibropressing is not used abroad to produce tile. The world leader of production cement-and-sand tile concern Lafarge Braas Roofing (224 plants in the world) uses press-rolling technology. For the production 1 plant CST - P and 1 plant CST - K, solution mixer and shelves for drying are required. If you are going to use warm-and-humid processing (what is recommended), you need a steaming chamber and 2-3 steam generators. We advise to make a brick-steaming chamber all by yourselves (something like this). COMPONENTS The proportions of the components used to produce 1 m2 of tile.
After forming the surface of the tile is painted to have a better sight when being sold. Dye-staff has the same colour as the pigment. It is better to use dye-pulverizer when dying the surface of the tile though it is possible to use a brush. The models of tile produced at our equipment may be seen here. Below you can see photos, which give an idea of the production.
